We are not affiliated with a court, government agency, DMV, DPS, law firm, driver-education provider or ignition-interlock provider.

How products are researched

Each state is researched separately using primary sources such as licensing agencies, legislatures, courts and official forms. State-specific content is dated and reviewed before publication. Official sources and current individual instructions control.
